"I can's say enough about Dennis and John.  Dennis came out a couple of days before and gave me an estimate. They arrived promptly and set to work. When they were done, they cleaned up all non-rugged areas and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The rugs were mostly dry by late evening and by early the next morning I was able to let my pets out and walk on the carpets. The rugs were wonderfully clean. I had many tracked areas of dirt and the cats had vomited in severeal areas. All problem spots were clean. The rugs looked fantastic!  I will certainly highly recommend Ajax for any future carpet cleaning needs. <br />"

"This review might seem very mixed, because my experience was such.  Ed is an expert at what he does, and he is a very nice, professional guy. <br /> The down side of my experience was dealing with a woman who may or may not have been his wife.  This woman works as a receptionist on the phone and in their showroom.  I can't ever, in 31 years of homeowing, think of a time that i had to engage with a  more rude, ignorant person. On the phone, she was very cranky and nasty. I could use other more accurate adjectives, but I won't.  I had go into their showroom one time, and when i opened the front door, I heard her yell "CUSTOMER" to alert her son that someone was there.  <br /> I feel badly for Ed and his son, who really are trying to do a good job running a nice family business. I think they're afraid of her, and I really can't say I blame them. <br /> This woman is an enormous detriment to this company.  In the future, if we were to use them again, I'd have to be guaranteed to have no dealing with her. <br /> <br />"

"I called Expert Flooring Services, Inc after several attempts to find a reputable Carpet person/company. I called and Carl returned my call within a short time period. I explained what I was looking for and he set up an appointment to meet me that same day! He was prompt and even arrived at the house before I did! We discussed my basic carpeting needs, he measured the rooms and provided an abundance of carpet samples for me to pick from. Carl was very informative and offered suggestions when I was unsure. I felt like we were old friends! I picked the carpet and padding i wanted and he provided me an itemized breakdown of all the costs associated with the job!
