"The official reasons that my family sought a complete driveway replacement were 1) the slope of the apron caused damage to cars if drivers did not enter/exit very slowly and/or at an angle, 2) the damage from tree roots and age caused massive overall cracking over the entire length of the driveway, and 3) in one such damaged area, the concrete tilted toward the northwest foundation of the house and water would pond there during any level of rain - or use of the sprinkler. Personally, I was very worried that I would make a very expensive mistake and become one of the people who had to have a *new* driveway torn out and repoured, doubling the cost to my family. We were also unable to park on the street, so any problems and/or delays would cause an additional parking burden... In this case, I trusted my gut and Mid South Concrete did not disappoint. We are giddy with excitement about our brand new driveway. Mr. Acuna is punctual, and he and his crew showed up when he said they would and did the work exactly to specification. I would recommend the company to anyone looking to have major concrete work done the correct way for a fair price. We are actually in talks with family about obtaining a quote from Mid South Concrete for front walkway and sidewalk replacement within the next year based on the work this crew has already done.
