"My project took a while because of a lot of winter rain, major storm/wind damage to other homes' fencing in our county that competed for the fence company's work, and the fact that mine was a very small fence repair project. Jeff's responsiveness and communication were excellent throughout, considering all of this. The fence crew did an excellent job repairing the wind damage to my fencing yesterday by properly installing new 4X4 support posts, etc."

"I recently had the pleasure of hiring Heros Home to address some issues with my fence, and I am delighted to share my experience with others. The service provided by this repairman exceeded all expectations, from the initial consultation to the completion of the project. First and foremost, they demonstrated exceptional skill and expertise in diagnosing and fixing the issues with my fence. They approached the task with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that the repairs were completed to the highest standard. Moreover, the price quoted for the repair was extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of workmanship delivered. I appreciated the transparency and honesty throughout the process, with no hidden fees or surprises. One aspect that truly stood out was the timeliness of the repair. The repairman arrived promptly and efficiently completed the repairs within the agreed-upon timeframe, minimizing any inconvenience to me. What sets this repairman apart is their versatility and willingness to tackle repairs of all kinds. Whether it's a minor fix or a major overhaul, you can trust them to deliver outstanding results. "They kid they sent out didn't seem to have any idea what he was doing. He stood in the backyard just turning around. He didn't take any measurements, he didn't ask what I wanted done, he just stared. Then he said they'd send someone else out to give me a quote. Well, no one else came. I finally got an estimate via email with no details or information. It just said Fix fence - labor and materials - [price] and screen porch labor and materials [price]. No one asked me for specific information for what I wanted done and the cost to screen the existing porch was insane. You'd think they were going to build the whole dang porch. I didn't respond and hired another company to come out. This company was incredibly unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't recommend them."
