I was looking to upgrade the service panel on a 120 year old house from 100 amps to 200 amps in order to convert to appliances from gas to electric. I have a breathing condition that is worsened by the fumes of gas combustion. The quote was fully explained. The change in the panel would also require outside work to the mast and connection to power in order to meet safety codes. Not only was quote from GO almost 3K less than other quotes for the same work, but Brandon informed me that the work would qualify for a $1500 rebate from the energy provider AND GO would help me with getting the paperwork done for that. "I received a prompt response to my request for an estimate. During the initial visit, Mike gave me a thorough, complete, and prompt estimate educating me on my current electrical system and the work to be done. Bob was responsive, friendly, flexible and easy to work with during the scheduling and billing process. Joe and Brian were friendly and professional explaining the work and answering all my questions. They communicated clearly through the whole process. Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure the work was done right. They worked from 8 am to 6ish pm the first day.
