"I am in the process of selling my home, the buyers added a requirement to the inspection resolution that I enlist a specific contractor to perform some general repairs. "Rick and Jake and the crew were great. I have an older home that probably hadn’t had a roof replacement done ever. Rick came and gave a very complete and fair estimate for the work they would end up doing which included adding some attic ventilation that was much needed. All the work was done very well and the clean up was like they were never here. They even painted my existing vents on the roof to match the new attic vents that were installed, it was a little thing but definitely something I noticed when the job was done. Great work!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
