"I appreciated how thorough L2 was during the estimate visit, explaining options and how they could work for my house. I had L2 remove old blown-in in the attic and old batt in the crawl space, and then add baffles and blow in new insulation in the attic, and vapor barrier and spray foam in the crawl space. This took three days. The teams worked hard, protected my house carefully, and cleaned up every day before they left. They did a really excellent job. My only caveat is that L2 could be a bit more proactive about communicating scheduling. But they got right back to me when I asked."

We are a small, family-owned flooring business. I been in the trade for 10 years, however I have recently decided to start my own company. I am professional, experienced, and passionate about what I do. I specialize in demolition and Vinyl Plank installation, and various other flooring types. We are not liable to repaint baseboards after installation, nor are we liable for any minor dings or damages to walls or existing paint from the removal of large furniture. Compensation/Repairs for any larger damages incurred during the install process will be dealt with on a case by case basis between the owner and the client. Any compensation/repairs must be agreed upon by the owner as well as the client in writing before moving forward. Minimum deposit of the amount of half (50%)** the invoice is required when signing the project agreement to cover material costs. Client will be required to pay the remainder of the invoice upon job completion. *Contractor will assist Client with the procurement of material for the job. If owner already has materials, prices will reflect this. In event that more materials are needed, Client is responsible for acquiring the material needed unless otherwise agreed upon between contractor and client. **Deposit amount may change depending on cost of materials. If material cost is more than half of the invoice, then material costs plus 10% will be due at time of signing. "I hired Adem to complete 3 jobs. The first was fairly seamless other than I had to ask for the baseboard to be reinstalled after completion. Was initially told he didn’t do that, but he did eventually complete it. The 2nd job (summer of 2023) had a few hiccups during the install. Immediately after the install had cracks appear in the floor. I notified Adem (in august 2023) and asked for that to be repaired along with the completion of the 3rd job. He put it off for months due to various reasons. He finally came out last week (April 2024). He did nothing to repair the cracks. He prepped the floor for the 3rd job. I was told his son would be there the next day to repair the cracks, but he did not show up or contact us. On the second day he came to work, my adult daughter was instructed to exit her room so that Adem could work on the bathroom. She did not (as she had worked the night prior and fell back asleep). Rather than notify us that there was an issue, or even knock on my daughters door and ask her to leave, he left. After attempting several times to contact him, he told us he would not be back to fix the cracks in the second bathroom ( which he could have been working on during the 45 minutes he reported waiting). I assume that Adem doesn’t like the distance he drives to complete the work at my house. He knew the distance when he accepted the jobs. He said he guaranteed his work for 2 years, yet he refuses to repair cracks that formed immediately after install."

"BUYER BEWARE! We had our house painted by, Painter Plus LLC. The painting job, was on the exterior of a two-story house. The house, had a new +$20,000 roof install, a few weeks prior to this painting job. When finished, there was a number of paint drippings on the lower roof, from the top section of the housing being painted. The house color, is an off-white and the roofing shingles are black, so the splattered paint was obvious. There is also evidence that Painter Plus LLC, had covered some of the paint drippings, with black generic spray paint. Others were scrubbed, with a brush. I’m not a roofing expert, but I do know that you should not, scrub any roofing shingles, with any sort of a brush. I called Miguel, with Painter Plus LLC and asked him over the phone, if he had used a wire, or course brush to clean my roof. He said no. When I asked him to come back and to clean the roof shingle splatters, the painter brought a wire brush, with him and a can of black spray paint. At that point, it was very easy to put 1+1 together. I asked him to just not clean anything and to leave. I checked the roof, myself. I could easily see a front side section where, much of the asphalt had been worn away from some of the new shingles. I have no doubt that this new roof is damaged, from aggressive abrasive cleaning and I have photos to prove it. The roofing materials, are some of the best that money can buy - GAF, 50-year roofing materials. It does not wear, in less than 3-months, on its own!! I had called the main office and left a message, for a recovery plan of action. There has been, no response. Beware of this company, Painter Plus LLC and the very poor workmanship that they provide!"
