"He promptly came over and gave me an estimate. We scheduled it to be done the following week. He called promptly to let me know he was running late on a previous job and was very communicative. He arrived on-time, completed the repair work quickly, professionally. Matt was very friendly, knowledgable and I would recommend. He had a great attitude. I commented that I understood my job was a small job, however he said "no job is too small" and he did appreciate the opportunity to fix it for us. He has great customer service skills and left the site as clean as when he arrived. <br />"

"iCharlie and his son are prompt and courteous. Reasonably priced independent plumbers so less overhead, I guess. Came when they said they would. One water heater replacement occurred on Christmas Day followed by a weekend. They got the brand and model I wanted from Omaha on Monday and installed that morning at no extra charge. For washer discharge change, the cement floor was replaced and smoothed nicely where they had to put in a new clean-out. The previous owner of my house had used Charlie so he "came with the house" and I am glad of it! <br />"
