"Our project is at roughly the halfway point. We have had work done at the site every day. Progress is consistent. Dialog with the High Quality team is continual, productive and response time is very reasonable. This is important because supply chain issues do come up, and changes to plan necessarily happen as the project progresses. These have been well explained when they come up. Some decisions have to be quick ones, and we received good, practical guidance in making those quick decisions. All subcontractors have done quality work as well. The progress and quality of the entire project, down to regrading the front lawn, has been noticed not just by us, the homeowners, but by the neighborhood and inspectors. There have been a few minor things to work through, but given the size of the project, they were minor and we feel right is being done by us.
