We need better notifications on crew schedules and subcontractor delivery schedules."

"GREAT! This company replaced my whole roof which had been in place for 28 years ago, which they had also installed because of hail damage back then. They are incredibly neat; lined the complete outside periphery of my home area with tarpoleoums to catch the debris of the removal of old shingles & under-lament. They are very swift, in that the whole job was done in two days. The job also required temporary removal & re-installation of 4 tubular skylights, some wood repairs, installation of modified roofing material on a low pitch 20 X 20 ft. area, ridge vents on the house & 400 sq. ft. carport, & lawnmower shed. Their job successfully met the Texas Windstorm requirements. I chose this company because of the excellent job they had done 28 years ago and completely trusted them again do a great job. My being a do-it-yourself type from having built part of this home, gave me an insight upon observing every step of the roofing job. "We had a small leak in our roof and decided to replace the roof on our home. They took the gutters off and said we didn&#39;t need gutters on our flat roof home. Since the installation we&#39;ve had nonstop leaks and they don&#39;t show up when they say someone is coming to check the roof. It took a year for them to fix a leak. I have water dripping now this morning in my son&#39;s room and no one can be reached until 9am! I have water pooling on my porch since they convinced my husband that we didn&#39;t need gutters. Choose a local company and not this large company that is out of your area and hires reps locally. It is a headache to reach someone and get issues repaired. I should have gone with the local roofers that have an on call number. I&#39;m sitting here with a leak for 3 hrs before i can even reach a person. Awful service, awful quality, full of regrets."
