I got three bids for the roofing job. All three were within $100 of each other. Ameripro was not the lowest of the three, but I went with them based on the recommendation of family and friends. I am very happy that I did. Scheduling my job was difficult because of the amount of rainy days during this time frame. The biggest opportunity for improvement in this whole job might have been a bit more detailed communication on how the schedule changes were going to affect me. In retrospect, that seems like a miniscule issue in light of the overall extraordinary job that Ameripro did performing the re-roofing job and managing the gutter job. They have professional and courteous staff both in the office (Judy) and in the field. (Mike probably got tired of answering questions from me) The folks they had performing the work were respectful, worked very hard, and did it right. The first day they worked from 7:30am to about 7:30 pm and they had completed about 95% of the roofing work (stripping old and replacing with new - over 40 squares). A much smaller crew easily finished the job by lunch the next day. Clean up was awesome. My flower beds are cleaner now than when they started and it appears all the nails are out of the grass. And the house looks great with these new shingles!!

Gutter folks showed up a couple of hours later. Again, a professional, courteous, knowledgeable, hard working crew. They had good well cared for equipment. They were able to extrude all the seamless gutters on site, install them, seal them, cut and fit the down comers all in a matter of about 2 1/2 hours. Slopes are good and the whole gutter system looks great.

"We had a small leak in our roof and decided to replace the roof on our home. They took the gutters off and said we didn't need gutters on our flat roof home. Since the installation we've had nonstop leaks and they don't show up when they say someone is coming to check the roof. It took a year for them to fix a leak. I have water dripping now this morning in my son's room and no one can be reached until 9am! I have water pooling on my porch since they convinced my husband that we didn't need gutters. Choose a local company and not this large company that is out of your area and hires reps locally. It is a headache to reach someone and get issues repaired. I should have gone with the local roofers that have an on call number. I'm sitting here with a leak for 3 hrs before i can even reach a person. Awful service, awful quality, full of regrets."

"All work was done in a timely, professional manner.  Shingles and majority of the work was done within two days with a few items finished a few weeks later-a skylight that had to be ordered, etc.
Everyone did a top notch job.  The roofers even went over the grounds two times picking up nails after the job was done, and did a very good job at that.  They were very pleasant folks.  We were glad to have them do the work.
After the ridge vents were installed, I noticed s savings in my electric bill, too.  We wee able to raise our thermostat by 3 degrees and still stayed cool in the last few hot days of summer.  Ridge vents are definitely the way to go.
