"The owner, Andrei, responded promptly to fix my leaky roof that was installed a mere 5 years ago. He quickly assessed the problem area and within days he and his crew returned and made the repairs. Subsequent storms have proven that the problem was remedied and the work site made to look virtually untouched by the repairs. Throughout the process Andrei explained how the leak was able to develop and how he proposed to remedy the matter. In addition to the roofing repair Andrei went to great lengths to secure an identical match on vintage vinyl siding to repair areas of minor damage. Mid-Atlantic is highly recommended. I hope I don't have more roofing issues but if I do I know who I am going to call."

"We met first with Sam who was upfront about what needed to be done and wrote the contract the way we wanted so that there would be no surprises during the installation. Sam provided some additional carpentry work and guaranteed the price even if there was additional work needed. The crew arrived as promised at 8 am on Monday. They were incredible! By nightfall, they had removed both layers of roofing, installed all-new plywood decking, repaired rafters, added roof supports, and completed the project including clean-up. We were impressed with Nick and Donny who supervised the project. Sam kept in touch with us throughout the day. The next day they sent Miguel who vacuumed the attic and did some additional work. So far, I haven't found one nail or scrap on the property, which was well-protected during the project. We interviewed 5 roofing companies and hoped we selected the right one - and we did. They did a quality job and provided an excellent warranty and judging from our experience so far they will respond quickly if there are any problems, which cannot be said for many companies doing this work. "Lane Roofing did a fabulous job. Shawn the estimator took the time to listen, and was true to his word from the beginning. He was the first on the job and the last to leave. We had concerns with potential debris in the walk up floored attic, and he even brought plastic sheeting to cover everything upstairs. Otto and the 5 crew members worked from 7:30 am to after 5pm to get it all done in one day. They spent a lot of time in preparation before starting roof removing and even more time playing cleanup with magnets for any loose nails and metal debris. Our fish ponds and railroad were extremely well protected and cared for. Thank you, thank you for peace of mind with a job well done for a Veteran family. We will never forget.
