"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

When I contacted Chris he came to my home the very same day to give me a firm estimate so that I could budget for this repair before winter. His estimate was fair and complete. He was very friendly and personable but what impressed me most was how thorough he was in explaining how he would repair the cupola. His detailed explanation made me feel confident I would not have to make more repairs for years to come. Chris was very prompt about answering my questions and returning my calls to schedule the project. Chris understood the urgency of repairing this portion of my roof before winter weather arrived. I was impressed with how efficiently he completed this project. Within an hour and 20 minutes Chris and his helper we're able to remove the existing shingles, nails and debris from the cupola. He installed new ice and water shield barrier and new architectural shingles and finished it off with ridge caps and replaced my original weather vane. More importantly every piece of debris was removed and picked up so I didn't have to clean up nails or broken shingles. I could not believe how carefully and quickly they worked as a team to get this job done. I am so relieved that this part of my roof is repaired. I have programmed his number in my phone for any of my home contracting needs. And he will be the first contractor I call for any future jobs that I have. I would not hesitate to refer him to any of my family or friends. His prices are fair. He is trustworthy. He is efficient and thorough.
