"Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."

"We hired Surface Experts to fix my great great grandfather‘s dining room table. A lot of of the hardware was falling off and some of the rim was falling off as well. Keith came and dismantled the table, took it back to their shop. Put on all new hardware and secured some of the rim that was coming off. He did an amazing job and I believe the table will last many many many more years. My great great grandfather would be pleased. I would recommend them to anyone. And the price was very fair."

"It appears he repaired the gutter"

"Chesterfield Fence repaired our sinking sun porch and made it look new again. They were very easy to work with. Thomas, the project supervisor, did a great job of keeping us informed as to what was happening and when people should be expected. If he was going to be late, he always called. We are pleased with the workmanship and quality of the repair. We would highly recommend this company."

"I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of this team from the owner all the way down. They tackled my original list so quickly and competently during my one-day handyman special that I was able to have them do my next list of projects. On the first day they repaired broken wood trim around my front door, replaced antique door knobs, removed and replaced caulk around our tub, replaced light switches, installed a piston on our front door. Through the entire process Jason was not only doing the work, but offering solutions for ways to do it best and improve the end product. I was so impressed I had him price some exterior projects - prepping and painting our deck and front porch, removing rust and chipping paint off a railing and repainting it, and prepping and painting the side of our garage. His price was so impressive and I knew the quality would be good. His team is working on the new projects now - always on time, always courteous - true above and beyond kind of guys.

Again, I am so impressed that I have Jason coming over to price out a few more jobs for our house. I am so happy to have found our go-to handyman team.

"Very professional and knowledgeable. Called prior to coming out on the bid. Called to let us know they were running late on the day they came out to fix the exterior door. Kept us informed as to what products we had an option for as well as pros and cons. We will pass servicemajic name on as well as Dasher and Taylor Properties to friends and family that may need work. Thank you for the service. John Moss"

"It went well. I had expected that the chains would need to be replaced, but instead Al secured the upper part of the windows (which we never open) and adjusted the lower so that they opened and closed easily. The work was promptly and neatly done and, because the job turned out to be simpler than expected, was less expensive.

"Xavian Enterprises LLC did a great job. The materials was delivered ahead of the start date. They came in and went right to work. The times I had to leave my he sent me a picture of the work being done in my absence. They cleaned up afterwards from my yard and my neighbors yards. I heard them vacuum up the nail and smaller debris. They left my yard as they found it. My roof is gorgeous!!!"

"My wife and I own a home that was built in 1898. When we were soliciting bids for a LONG OVERDUE bathroom remodel, I had cast a pretty wide net on Angie's List trying to find a contractor with experience working with old homes, and someone I felt that we could trust. I found that contractor with Dunn Home Improvements.
Josh Dunn and his brother, Mike, began work on our bathroom renovation on a Monday morning. Upon entering the home, they laid down drop cloths and stair savers to keep from tracking in - and out - debris and general construction mess through the house. The demolition took a half day, and everything was carefully removed, and very meticulously cleaned. Color me impressed!
The rest of the project flew by, with Josh and Mike framing in the bathroom, running electric, plumbing, et cetera. The first week ended with leveling compound on the floor, set to cure and level out what was quite possibly the most un-even floor in our old home -- mission accomplished! The second week buttoned up with a beautiful tile job, painting, and installation of cabinets. We finally had a bathroom that we could be proud of. The transformation was complete!
I plan on keeping Josh and Mike on speed-dial for other projects for our home. Throughout the entire engagement, I felt not only informed, but empowered. The attention to detail is second-to-none, and I almost can't wait to start more renovation projects to work with Dunn Home Improvements again."

"Very well. Chris called almost immediately and showed up right in time. After powerwgashing the deck he advised that three might be some issues matching the tint of our original sealant. After we were able to locate the brand and color he returned again right on schedule and applied the new product. Overall it looks good although there is some splotchiness where the product seems to have been applied unevenly. Nevertheless it was a good job. He also worked in patching of some holes in our wood siding caused by woodpeckers. Those repairs were done well."
