"Bob and his crew came and waterproofed the basement in our 1867 home. We have had numerous floods over the last 18 years we have lived here and we have had constant trouble with sump pumps and standing water. Bob went above and beyond in coming immediately and putting in a temporary pump since ours had just failed before he came for the estimate. He is very knowledgeable about basements and was able to improve our basement more than I ever imagined possible ! The drain tile is tied in to the 2 sumps and has a dimple board backing to catch anything dripping down the walls. The sumps are very quiet and he was able to tie in the 2 year old backup pump we already had. Bob's crew were all really pleasant when I got home at the end of the day - even after working in a filthy, 6 ft. high stone basement all day. In addition to all the concrete that was excavated, they hauled out a large amount of scrap wood (old shelves) and an old hot water heater and disposed of it for us. Everything was broom clean and Bob went over the whole job with me and answered questions thoroughly.
