The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

"Hired Hennelly & Son to remove and replace roofs on house and detached garage. Also had some small repairs, gutter cleaning and minor gutter repair work done. Joe Jr. handled the job with his crew of 10 in one day. They arrived as advertised at 7AM and completed the job by 4:45PM. "My neighbor had Waterman put a new roof on their house. I was able to watch it being done from my window. I did not see any of the workman take a break during the entire job. They came early, finished by about 1:00, cleaned up everything, and generally did a super job. I wrote down the name of the company and telephone number from the sign that was left on the the lawn. A short time after the roof was done, another neighbor happened to ask me if I knew anyone who did roofing. I told them about Watermark, and they hired them and were very satisfied. When the time came for me to need a roof, I hired Waterman. The man that came to my house helped me pick out a color that was similar to what I had.The shingles were put on in a weave pattern. The color and the weave is beautiful. They sent a big crew and the work got done quickly. The also did my shed to match the house, they fixed my chimney, and put in a fan from my bathroom to the outside that never got done when I had a new bathroom done. They checked my attic for mold since the bathroom. fan only went to the attic. I am extremely satisfied with the work and how nice everyone was, including the lady in the office.
