"I first contracted Jim several years ago to execute my vinyl siding and roofing project. Most recently his crew installed laminate flooring in four rooms. The work has been top shelf and each of the crew has been on time, customer focused, good suggestions, and went above and beyond with their efforts in many cases. Jim is a very professional businessman and has never, in all these years, failed to quickly respond to a request or question that I had, even if it did not involve contracting Beantown for pending work. I highly recommend that anyone considering a project of any scope contact Jim."

"Team was very responsive with communications and always arrived on time. Everything was explained carefully and when surprise problems came up they checked in before doing anything to consult. Roof looks very good and you could tell that the team was working hard and doing it right. Project took 2.5 days. Replaced some of the plywood in the roof that was damaged. Some minor damage to the house occurred (porch light broken) and they fixed before project was done. UHE has good financing options if you need them."

"Carefree took our 36 year old home and made it look brand new. Ed and his crew built us beautiful new front steps and we had siding and gutters installed. Everyone was professional, friendly and the price was very reasonable."

"Very prompt and organized. Andrea came out during the day while they were working on the roof to check on progress and to see if there were any questions. She also followed up by email to see if we had any questions and was very transparent on the extra cost of having to replace some of the decking. Will definitely use them again in the future if need be!"

"The workers that removed and replaced my roofs had fantastic work ethics. They did a wonderful job and left my yard nail free and debris free. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs a roof or any other home repair."

"I have nothing but high praise for Ralph Strollo and the I-Con Team. His team was professional, highly skilled, extremely hard working, prompt, and fair in cost for the siding replacement job they completed. I recommend them with conviction and without qualification."

Mighty Dog Roofing was born when Kim and Jim Smith needed a new roof on their home. They reached out to the many local roofers for an estimate, but the experience left them confused and frustrated.\n\nKim and Jim saw an opportunity to change the industry and improve the process for homeowners. They founded our company with a commitment to exceptional customer communication and service. They pledged to treat each project like it was one of their grandparents homes. Partnering with Mighty Dog Roofing, a national franchise, gave them access to top-quality materials and warranties. Today, that same passion drives us, one home at a time, as our team delivers great roofs at fair prices, always keeping squarely focused on the wants and needs of each customer.

"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. The project manager Thales was real easy to work with and he constantly focused on our satisfaction with the job. I highly recommend PLJ Carpentry. Dan Green Middleboro, MA"

"Prior to the replacement we developed a leak in the roof. One of the owners came out, prior to us signing the papers, and put on a temp patch and did not charge us for it. When they came out to give us an estimate, they were the only company we got an estimate from that actually got on top of the roof to look around. They were able to give a more complete estimate because they were able to tell us that plywood would need to be replaced as well. On the day the roof was to be done the crew was here on time, first thing in the morning. One owner was on site the whole time till work was completed. Crew cleaned up all debris after the job was complete. Job was completed in one day and price was within estimate. Company also provides $100 for any referrals for which we did receive a check for. Overall this is an outstanding company and I was very pleased with the work. They also handle vinyl siding and will be using them when we are ready. Great work."

"The team did extremely high-quality work, and took care of all the logistics to get our siding job done! All of our neighbors have been complimenting our house's face lift. They were very professional, meticulous in their work, and did a job that should last decades. Highly recommend!"
