"The job went extremely well. The installation was difficult due to the fact that the fence ran down a fairly steep slope between the two properties and had to contend with many trees. The old fence, which sat precisely on the property line, had been consumed by several trees over the years. Obviously, the new fence had to respect the property line while accommodating the now much larger trees. <br /> Both the designer and the installer ungrudgingly spent as much time as was needed for the neighbor and I to settle on an acceptable design between us and assisted us in resolving the inevitable issues that arise. In addition, the installer was very professional and cheerfully made adjustments to the project while the work was ongoing. <br /> The final result was a beautifully installed, custom-designed fence between our two properties. By 'custom-designed' I mean that while we had purchased a standard, commercial fence, it was clearly apparent that the installation had been specifically engineered to accommodate our unique layout and constraints. <br /> The only hiccup was that while we knew the installation would require two days, we thought the two days would be adjacent. Instead, the two installation days were separated by three days of inactivity. While this, in and of itself, is not an issue, we felt that the schedule could have been better communicated. <br /> Irrespective of the above hiccup, both the neighbor and I feel that Orange Fence is a good company and we highly recommend them. I plan to return to them for additional fence work to occur in on my property next year. <br /> <br />"

"We used them before five years ago on a small fence at a house we rented with good results. We had them come out to measure and give us an estimate, along with two other companies, both landscape companies. Only Eagle Fence followed up. We checked the price with some friends who'd had fencing similar, and Eagle's price was in a reasonable ballpark. It took some time for the aluminum units to come, but as soon as it did they called and came out to do the install. We had a few hiccups in the process. First, they didn't know what setback we needed to have from the street, which we thought was odd for a company as big and busy as Eagle. We had to hunt that down ourselves. Second, they didn't know that we needed a zoning permit to put a fence in, again something we thought a fence company would know. Third, they'd mis-measured one side of the dog enclosure, but it was a side that included a really steep hill, and they called us as soon as they realized. Last, that hill-it was steeper than the fence units they had ordered could handle, so we had a four day delay waiting for the necessary pieces. We missed our dogs and mentioned it, and they came out and put in temporary plastic snow fence while we waited for the pieces to arrive. That was just plain nice. In terms of the work, the crews were quiet, fast, cleaned up completely, and were very polite whenever they needed to talk with us. I work in services myself-perfect is nearly impossible usually, what really matters is how problems are handled, and Eagle does a great job-straight up, no baloney, and they come with a solution not just a problem."

"Ron and Dawn came the same day we called them and listened to what we had to say. <br /> They investigated the issue and came up with a plan. <br /> They installed several baited animal traps the first day to get the animal out of the attic. <br /> They came back the next morning and went into the attic to verify that the animal was no longer there. <br /> Ron installed a temporary closure over the opening to further assure the animal was no longer in the attic. <br /> He came back several days later and verified the animal was no longer there by verifying the temporary closure was not disrupted. <br /> He then closed the opening by installing wire fencing and re-installing the soffit. <br /> This job required several trips to my house to complete. <br /> They were very professional and pleasant to work with. <br /> The price was very good for the amount of work they did. <br /> I highly recommend this provider. <br />"

"I've used this company several times in the last 2 years.  I first had a double driveway gate installed between my house and my neighbors.  I also had a fence installed along the width of my backyard, approximately 40 ft. and also had a gate cut into then fence between my house and my sister next door.  All three jobs were done efficiently and professionally and Frank was great to work with!  I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a great, well priced company to do their job!  Thanks Angie's list for providing me with another excellent resource!"

"Liberty Fence installed a railing for my side steps. The guy who came to do the estimate was great, the railing is very nice and the installation very professional. However, the office staff is quite awful. They made mistake after mistake about my installation date and time. And some of them were downright rude to me. My interactions with them brought my grade down to a B, otherwise it would've been an A."
