They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "If you need a new roof, look no further. OMR Construction is the place. The owner Ozzy was fantastic to work with, he was patient and answered all of our questions. We had a intermittent leak in our attic for a long time which was caused years before by a shoddy installation. Ozzy reassured us that, like the logo on his truck says, "The problems stop here". Well they did. Leaks are gone, the roof looks great, and no more stress, or running up to the attic to check for wet spots. I have to also state that Ozzy's crew are amazing. They stripped just shy of 7 TONS! of old multiple layers of roofing from the 3 structures on my property, installed the new roof, did an incredible cooper flashing job on my chimney and had every thing cleaned up in 2 days.
