I didn't have time to shop around because I needed work done for a rental unit. I can't say that pricing was fair or high. I just know that anytime you hire a contractor it's $100 when they knock your the door. Joe Pelose was very nice and accommodating. They completed the job without a deposit or any credit card information on file. Would recommend and use their service again."
