"This is the 2nd time working with Durable Remodeling for a roof. This time it was my parents house that needed the roof. Dean came to the house and worked with my parents. The price was very reasonable to replace the entire roof, plywood, shingles and gutters, etc. The crew showed up tight on time and worked for over 12 hrs. They came back a few days later to install the gutters. Very good work. My parents are very pleased and relieved that its done. Communication was perfect. "Generally, I was pleased with the work. There were some scheduling issues (scheduled to start on a day, but didn't read through the texts to confirm, so didn't show up that day), but once they started the work, it was done in relatively good time. There was a pricing issue as well, in that we had contracted to have the siding repaired and replaced, but we didn't notice that the estimate did not include painting. When we asked about painting, we were told it was no problem. Once we received the quote for the painting however, we decided it was too much money, and said not to do the painting (via phone conversation and via text). The painting was done anyway, and though the cost for it was more than we had wanted to pay, it was already done and so we were stuck with having to pay additional money for it (though David did reduce the cost somewhat, which was helpful). There was also a quality issue with the work. However, when we called David and told him about the issue, he came to our house immediately to work through it, then stayed at the house with his employee and made sure everything was corrected. I was very impressed with David's willingness to correct mistakes and make sure we were satisfied. I would hire Rhinosite again, but I would be extra-extra-diligent in any and all communications with them."

"We started out by asking Mike to work on the insulation of our sizeable attic.  We have contacted different insulation companies but Mike was the only one who took the time and effort to come up with an idea that could bring the attic closer to a finished space.  He explained every step with us and he was very patient to answer all our questions.  Mike and his crew were meticulous in sealing the work area to prevent any dust from entering the living and dining room, which we really appreciate!  Throughout the work, Mike has kept us posted of the progress everyday.  We were never in the dark.  We were so impressed by the work done in the attic that we decided to hire them for a few other things and all the results were equally satisfactory.  Mike is a great guy to work with--he was always responsive even though he had many projects.  He treated his clients as if they were their only client.  He never forgot a thing you mentioned to him.
