"This is the second time in a few months we have used Anthony's services.  He was very responsive to my messages on Saturday and arrived Monday for our appt.  He quickly found a loose connection in the light portion of the ceiling fan instead of having to replace the entire thing.  He also quickly found the faulty switch and loose wiring for our hall lights and suggested replacing a second at only the cost of the switch since he was already there.  The first time we used Anthony he replaced a ceiling fan in a high ceiling bedroom but assured us the other old one was working just had to be tightened but we wanted to change things anyway.  He was very polite, prompt and cleaned up his mess.  I would definitely recommend him and will always call him first for electrical issues!

"The guy was late by over a half an hour without a phone call. They were unable to resolve the problem as they said the problem made no sense. They said that our use of a generator is not up to code and they could not fix the issue. The owner was competent when talking to him and scheduling."

"Before I started this project, I got two estimation from different electrician. Price was similar but Vince (owner) seemed more knowledgeable so chose Powerhouse electric: Vince gave free light fixture installation with negotiation. Moreover, he told it would be about 2 days work which I agreed on. I couldn't be home so my father was at home. during this project. On the first day, Vince came with Kenny who was "his right hand man" per Vince. He explained jobs to Kenny and Vince left. I got a phone call from Kenny in the end of a day. He ONLY installed 1 ceiling fan all day instead of finishing wiring & ceiling fan. He told he will be back to finish jobs next morning: 8 - 8:30ish. When I got home, I realized that Kenny did not finish even 1 ceiling fan: did not install proper switch and left open the top of ceiling fan. I called Kenny and told will take care of this issue on the next day & told this should be 2 people jobs that's why he was only able to do 1 ceiling fan done. Vince came with another electrician, Frank next day. Again, Vince explained what Frank had to do and left. In fact, Frank was good and efficient. He did clean up what Kenny made before and did install 3 ceiling fans however, the job was not still done yet. called Vince and told can't come until Monday. expressed frustration over the phone and gave $50 extra discount and told somebody will come on Monday. Guess what?, Frank came again which I was so glad. Frank did great job again but had to figure 2 small issues: GFI and noise from one ceiling fan. Called Vince again and told somebody will come around 5pm next day so I said OK. 7:30 next morning, Frank came to finish job and told Frank that Vince told somebody will be here at 5pm. Frank told did not receive a call from Vince about it so he came to finish what he had to do. Finally everything was done after 3 and 1/2 days later. I would use Powerhouse Electric again if Vince sent Frank for the job. If not, I wouldn't."
