He and his brother arrived promptly and repaired not only the chimney but areas which showed weakness in the masonry. Everything was done neatly, expertly and within the time frame estimated initially. We then went outside to look at the foundation and the areas around the basement windows (my area of concern). Shaun pointed out some problems, explained how he would remedy the situation, and then provided a written estimate. He answered all of my questions and left me with the estimate and no pressure to book today.
