"I paid Jim nearly $400 to replace a sump pump. A few months later it was running constantly and he did come out twice.. for 2 minutes each time and did NOTHING! I had to pay Roto Rooter who diagnosed the issue in the first minute as a problem with the check valve. After coming out, Jim refused my calls and didn’t return any messages. I had referred many people to his business. Now I will let everyone know his true lack of follow up and knowledge since he had no idea of what was wrong. Don’t waste your money here!"

"I have waited to write a review for this company as I was hopeful they would correct the problem they left me with. I hired this company last spring to replace the drain tile system in my basement and reroute the sump pump drainage from the backyard which was causing a build up of water to the front of the house where they installed a bubbler system that was to drain the water into the city storm sewer. I am left with a swamp in my front yard and at the street. So all in all they moved a pile of water from the backyard to the front yard leaving me with yet another problem. This company has been contacted several times. Sometimes they respond and others we are just ignored. The owner last came out and said there was an obvious problem and they would be out to address it and followed up with a never mind there is nothing we came do as your street doesn’t have storm sewer drainage. Not sure why they would do a job that wasn’t able to be completed correctly and now I’m stuck with this water build up. The city is looking into the issue so I am hopeful they can direct me on what do next as this company doesn’t seem to care after receiving my 7,500 dollars. We have had other issues over the last year that we ended up correcting ourselves as they never followed through. I am very disappointed in this company and would highly recommend using someone else."
