"Great work CVTS team! The work performed is well worth short time on wait list for their professional services (as a returning customer). Mother Nature is certainly an everyday challenge for scheduling. All work onsite was started with a prompt arrival. Teams creativeness in performing a 1.5 tree felling task was done efficiently with surgical precision. Thank you for all you do."

"Keystone just finished the first deck I've ever had built. This company runs like a well oiled machine from sales to installation. The showroom is great and shows lots of options. The quote and design were detailed with a quick turnaround by Ron Yoder the sales rep after his visit to our home. He even gave us great suggestions, which we ended up incorporating. From there we had to wait a few months for the build to start, but they stayed in touch through the scheduling team. The installation team (Jonathan Esh, Steven Beiler and Willie...who last name escapes me) were here 7AM on the dot, and wrapped up around 4PM. These guys completed a roughly 450 square foot deck in 8 business days, including a curved bar, three stone columns and a built-in grill with stone around it. Really nice guys, can't say enough about them. Once we get around to the patio underneath the deck, we'll seriously consider Keystone again."

"Outstanding finish product. Looks better than new. This company is very responsive, timely, and offers a beautiful finish product at a very reasonable cost. Pager were losing sand and Jeff refilled and sealed patio to better than original condition. If you need a paver patio or repairs to your existing patio, this is the company to call."

"The entire process went well from start to finish.  They were responsive to our requests for information in a timely manner and they made suggestions as to how do things more effectively.  Shawn was present throughout the job and suggested ways to improve the project.  Jeanna was most helpful with selecting plants and even had us visit their home to see some of the plants she was suggesting.  They arrived on time at our various meetings and completed the job just as we had planned. <br /> We have had Shawn's crew mow our lawn during a vacation and they did a nice job.  Since they have completed the landscaping, they have come back and mowed for us when I have not been able to do it myself. <br />"

"It went exactly as desired! Nate is very personable and easy to work with, made good proposals for stylish treatments. The crew worked continuously to accomplish the project in the agreed upon time frame (1 day). Everyone was friendly and communicated effectively with my wife and myself. Final walk-around concluded with payment for services rendered. I think Nate and his team were proud of the result and appeared to take an interest in the property."

"I called Brent for help pruning back 3 maples in front of my house. I have used Biddle Landscaping recently and have been extremely pleased with his work. My trees had grown out over the road with many low branches. Brent and his crew arrived within a day and did a beautiful job trimming the trees. Thanks for your prompt response Brent."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in East Berlin, PA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
