They replaced the brick stairs with brand new ones, power washed and sanded the iron rails, and removed the wood decking and replaced with brand new wood. Came out great. They also built steps leading to the patio and a wall to encase the patio with a fence on top so our pup does not escape. The final project is absolutely breathtaking!
