"Ken, the owner of Northeast Dog Guard, was amazing. I have a very highly active and very fast large dog. She is 35 lbs., and we had her only 4 weeks when Ken came to our rescue. We have tried GPS collars (2 to be exact) and they were unpredictable. Our dog would run the GPS fence because one day it works and the next day it would not. The boundaries also shifted based on satellite positions. Not worth the expensive investment. Not with Ken’s and Northeast Dog Guard collar. He arrived on time on schedule, even on the rainiest day and worked with me and my large puppy to install and train her. Within 3 days she was walking the property without a leash and understood the boundaries. Now two weeks later we don't have any worries. She is safe and stays on the property even when she sees animals and other dogs. She is running and has the best time ever. I highly recommend Ken and Northeast Dog Guard. He understands and stands 100% behind his product and success. Thank you so much"

"When I first met Edwin he was very polite. He promised to follow the explicit details of the project which were to match existing fence. He said he would start in two weeks. When he finally showed up it had been a month. He stayed for a few hours and went home sick after having brought a small amount of disgraceful materials. I mistakenly agreed to pay $300 for these in advance. The wood was cracked, some posts too large and the boards the wrong species. After being instructed not to use a specific post he did so anyway. Then proceeded to make the gate a foot shorter than fence. After he left I noticed the cross bars were pine which he argued and lied over until Angi got involved. To keep job he agreed to get cedar like the original fence. By then I had had enough manipulation and childishness. He insisted on finishing job and I did not want him to. So in fear he would, I had to keep and move the materials he lazily left. If I do not get my $300 back I am glad because the gentleman working for him was very kind and I don’t want Edwin having an excuse not to pay him. Edwin is dishonest, and immature. I do not recommend him! My parents recently passed away and I wanted the project done for my Mother at least by Father’s Day. I am disabled and my puppy who is helping me to survive is not safely contained in my front yard. The Summer is wasted because I cannot empty the garage and get my home ready for a future PCA. Edwin knows not what he did and didn’t do. Do not hire this person and God Bless!"

"After paying our deposit for a fence install, we contacted the company over concerns that digsafe did not properly demarcate our underground electrical main that is in the vicinity of of the installation area (it was specifically mentioned in our contract that Reliable would handle). I dealt with a rude and confrontational customer service agent named Kelly Dineen, who told us that it wasn’t Reliable’s concern whether our utilities were affected in the install. Hopefully the Reliable install crew puts more pride in their work than Kelly does in hers, and hopefully we won’t encounter any issues where need customer support! Definitely would suggest looking elsewhere for your fence needs."

"LB Special Projects is an excellent company. I am very happy with the results of my project. They took over a kitchen and bath remodel that had been running for eight months. The toughest part of the job was correcting the work of the previous contractor. So much time, materials and money had been wasted and getting someone to come in behind another contractor is a real challenge. However, LB Special Projects sized up the effort, figured out what had to be done, estimated the work and did a fantastic job. They finished the job in what I think was record time. One of the many projects that they took care of, and that amazes me the most, was the floor patch in the kitchen. They managed to find the right sized planks to patch a 100-year old floor. They then refinished the entire first floor. It looks amazing. I'm very happy with the work and their professionalism and I will call them back for more projects. I highly recommend them."
