Sam's prices are VERY competitive and a great value for the quality of work performed. Over the course of two days, Sam was able to remove all the old mortar and caulking, clean the stairs, and replace the mortar with new cement. Derek came and gave me a complete estimate and how long it would take.  He and Bob arrived at 9am on a Saturday morning.  They took good care moving my furniture and covering everything, placing down drop cloths, etc.  They were very careful with their supplies, as I have an inquisitive cat.

They covered some stains I had on the ceiling from ice dams and patched a crack in an outer wall.  They did one coat on the walls and then lightly sanded to remove imperfections.  They left to complete another job and were gone longer than they anticipated, but they returned and completed the work and replaced everything to it's original location (including hanging curtains, etc.)
