"I’ve recently had a major renovation of my home completed by Beantown Home Improvement. The project consisted of replacing the old clapboard and shingle siding with James Hardie fiber cement cedar mill planks. The project turned out great! Everyone who has seen it have had nothing but good comments about it. I’ve even had my neighbor request contact information for Beantown to get an estimate about a project he is looking to have done. The owner, Jim DelPrete, was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, from the initial meeting to the completion of the project. Initially, the project’s start date was estimated to be in August, but Jim was able to get a crew to start in June. Throughout the project, Jim would stop by to check on the progress and he would always respond promptly if a question arose. Janice was also extremely helpful throughout the whole project, whether it was to stop by to take measurements or to field a number of inquiries by phone. They were both very pleasant and accommodating. The work crew was excellent and put in long days to complete the project in a little over a weeks time. I would highly recommend choosing Beantown Home Improvement for your next project, I know I will choose them again."

"My first project with NMTI0Generation Construction (Tru Blue Construction) is complete; I have signed the contract for another, larger project. When I solicited quotes for my roof replacement (including new gutter installation and the reconstruction of my back steps and landing) I met with Project Manager Juan Carcamo. While every company that bid on my job seemed competent to do the work, I sensed that Juan and his company would be easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and explained how his company would handle them. Although his was not the lowest bid, I knew this was the best company for this job. I was not wrong! The professionalism of all the employees who worked on this project was amazing. Not only was each individual obviously skilled, they worked together as a very efficient team. There were two change orders to the project. These did not come as a surprise as Juan made sure I was fully informed as the job progressed.One change order was an upgrade in materials for the steps and landing. By the time the old roof had been removed I had decided that I would stay with this companyfor my next job, new siding and windows for the entire house. The second change order was to have the carpenters already on the job installs the rakes prelijminary to the siding job. I've been excited about every aspect of this project so far, but the actual roof installation was amazing! The crew od seven plus a foreman arrived around 7:00 am; before 4:00 they were gone. The job incuded my house (a two-story colonial style structure), a connected one-story sun porch and breezeway, and a one-car garage. They protected everything with sheeting, and they cleaned as they worked. They swept the porch and raked the yard - everything was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there."

After multiple quotes, I chose WS Builders because the owner was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Wladimir assisted me from beginning to end. We gutted the whole house and replace all the electricity. This was a big project and it was necessary to find a GC who had previous experience in rebuilding a house damaged by fire. I am very please with Wladimir's work ethic and professionalism. He had a quick turnaround and communicated thoroughly to ensure that I fully understand what was going on during the project. I was concerned about how the gutters would turn out as well as the color combinations. I was always able to call in to the service department with questions and they helped resolve all of my concerns. After the job is complete, they send out a quality assurance person to make sure that the installation was done properly. They answer your questions at that time. The company offers a lifetime warranty, so they will send someone out to correct any problems you have. I was very pleased with the look of the home exterior colors, and the new door. The materials actually arrived sooner than expected, and they started work early (when has that ever happened?). The crew demolished my old 8'x18' deck and replaced it with a new, code-compliant deck in 4 business days. They did excellent work and kept me up to date on progress the whole time.
