"The only suggestions that I would make is to inform theme owner that the branches that are cut down have a good chance of falling on any/all plants and shrubs underneath. That was a surprise as a huge hydrangea bush was smashed but it will come back. The information would be considerate though instead of looking out the window and seeing that garden all smashed. "I called Keith's for an estimate and they arrived that day.  They gave me the most competitive price and seemed quite eager to want to do the job for me.  Additionally, they not only have a crane to assist in tree removal but have a smaller one that can more easily fit in tighter spaces, which is an issue for my property.
All the trees were cleanly, carefully and efficiently removed from their spots.  If I wasn't home at the time, I wouldn't have known they were there to do the work.  I also had two of the stumps ground out which was done one week later due to the weather.  That work was also very clean an efficient.
