He went to work immediately and didn't stop until the new Liftmaster opener was installed. Despite below zero temperatures, he got the opener installed and did not short cut his explanation at the end of installation. He thoroughly explained how everything works and how we should maintain our opener, door springs and hinges. He provided our instruction book and also explained that the instructions were also on the unit itself. The opener seems to be working perfectly. Really terrific experience. We even got to use our Angie's List discount. Thanks Jeff!"
