"Jason and his primary assistant, Dustin, did a complete renovation of the living area (kitchen, living, dining, laundry). Switched windows, removed a wall, added doors, completely rearranged and updated the kitchen, and turned an ugly ceiling into a focal point. "We had a difficult time getting them to return our calls to schedule the insulation, when they finally did put us on the schedule they didn't really stick to the schedule. They kept pushing us back and didn't come when they said they would but they did end up finishing by the end of that same week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Apparently, they were having trouble with a spray gun when they were there and the worked performed was very sloppy, they missed a few spots and they also sprayed our interior shower wall completely shut so we couldn't get to the valves to hook up the water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When we called to discuss our issues it was around 5:30 or 6 in the evening and we were impressed that both the salesman and the scheduler called us back that night to discuss our issues and assured us that they would take care of everything....and they did. The guy that came back to correct our issues did a great job and even cleaned up a lot of the sloppiness from before and made it look a lot nicer. They also cleared the spray foam from the shower valves so we could get the water lines connected. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />So, we did get off to kind of a disappointing start with them but they ended up doing everything that they said they would and definitely came back and took care of any issues that we had so because of that we would use them again and would also recommend them to others. Everyone has problems occasionally, it's how you take care of those issues that matter. <br />"

"Bruce was always on time, coordinating and communicating his schedule through phone calls, emails and text messages.  He spent a lot of time installing cabinet doors, veneer, trim, hardware and drawers for a professional looking job.  I had no problem allowing the Contractor into my home, even if I had to be away running errands.  YOUR DESIGNS LLC went overboard on this project, including lining all my cabinets and I would not hesitate recommending them on any kitchen/bath remake.  I also would not hesitate to show off my cabinets to other prospective customers. <br />"

"<p>Unfortunately, we brought back bed bugs from our hotel stay in Traverse City. We saw the signs early on and called AAPEX to be sure they did not get worse.  AAPEX returned our call quickly and their representative arrived on time.  He inspected the area and agreed that chemicals should be enough to clear up the problem.</p> <p> He sprayed the master bedroom and we opted to spray the rest of the house as a precaution (the chemicals also kills spiders). </p> <p>He completed the task in a timely manner and left his number to call if we had any issues or questions. </p> <p> The representative mentioned that there could be complications with our wicker headboard because of all the nooks and crannies. He was right; we saw at least two of those little buggers hiding out in the headboard. We ended up removing the wicker headboard and tossing it out in the trash.</p> <p> Thankfully, there has been no indication of any further activity. </p> <br />"
