It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! "Willard Roofing was excellent.  Can't say enough about them.  They were on time with their estimates and when I wanted the work done, it was right on schedule.  The new roof looks great and the clean up was impeccable.  I watched them from the window as they cleaned up, they had no idea I was watching.  They swept and swept and then used the metal detector for any nails left behind.  Byron answered all my questions as did Dan who was very nice and went above and beyond.  Dan even came back today, got up on the roof and made sure everything was done as expected. I used this company 23 years ago for my prior roof and never had an issue with the roof or the company, that is why I used them again.  I also used them for a replacement window, gutters and a few doors also over the years.  Never a problem or an issue.  They are very professional and have been in business for years.  I also cannot leave off Melissa from the office, she always answered my emails promptly and was very helpful.
