"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Replaced a bow window and a patio slider. They accomplished it all in one day. They were clean, covered everything up when they were working so there was minimal dust. Vacuumed when they finished. Pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Rite Window."

"They did a wonderful job! Jean called within hours of my request on Angies List, came the next day to measure and estimate a price for the wall and floor prep and all tile and grout installation as well as a quote for a custom shower door. The price was very reasonable and he explained the Schluder System products he would use to back the wall tiles and floor for complete waterproofing. We supplied our own tile but he brought everything else. His workers put up the backer board in the shower stall, poured the mud bed in the shower, levelled the bathroom floor and put down cement board in one day. The workers were at our house between 630 and 700am every day and worked til 6pm or later for the time it took to complete the bathroom. They used a laser leveler so the subway tiles in the shower stall are perfectly placed and centered. The bathroom floor and shower stall look amazing. We're so glad Jean and his crew did this project for us. We would hire them again without reservation and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work."

"I found Marco through Angie's list and contacted him through the Angie's List messaging service. He came the next day and spent about a half an hour looking at the bathroom floor from above and below (in the basement). He concluded that there was no rotting at all, and that the tile installing contractor probably just didn't want the job. "This happens all the time. Guys make things up to get out of doing a job. I've heard every excuse in the book."
Marco contacted his own preferred tile installer, who offered to come the following week to put the tile in. In the meantime, the original contractor (who had already been paid for the job) sent a different tile installer who finished the job.
Marco was a pleasure to deal with. He'll be at the top of my list for my next home improvement project.

"Our service technician Mike G. went above and beyond for us. When we pulled out the shower, the existing piping made it a challenge to fit in the new base. He quickly resolved the issue, relocated existing pipes and worked OT to complete the shower install in a day's time. He also replaced bathtub in a 2nd bathroom and did a flawless job. "Needed to update my old formica countertop so that a cooktop could be installed.  Bill Shea's is on the radio ads a lot & called for estimate.  Very professional & no "attitude" when I mentioned that I was on a very tight budget & wanted to know what I could get for in Corian material.  (other telephone inquiries at other centers gave me attitude!)  Turns out they have a group of several popular colors that are lower in price than others, this is what I went with.  This was my first home project, and the staff at bill shea's was very patient answering all my questions about what steps would be involved, when things will be ready, etc.   The home visit for the measurements & estimate write up was no-pressure.  Seriously!  I was very suprised, after experiencing other "free estimates" in the past.  If I ever need to replace my countertop again, I'm calling Bill Shea's.  Yeah, I sound like a commercial !
