"The initial contact was good and the price was fair. So they started the work and replaced the flat roof which went well. Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. They ended up not completing the job and leaving me high and dry to complete it myself."

"My first experience on Angie's List was to find a contractor to repair a leaking roof.  When I purchase my home the roof had been replaced within 2 years of purchasing.  Yet within a year water was leaking into my living room.  When other contractors came out they'd stand in the driveway and look up at the roof, then tell me all I needed were new gutters, which didn't help. All in one actually got up on the roof to investigate determining where my roof was leaking and fix it. With their estimate they provided proof on insurance and state contractor certification.  Before the roof work commenced,  rain was forecast All In One, covered the roof with tarps.  Once the work was completed they cleaned up the yard and driveway of all the old tiles, nails, and other debris.  Shortly after they completed there work, it rained again.  I held my breath but no water came dripping down from the ceiling.  In addition to the roof, since they were going to be up on the roof, I had them replace an old skylight.  No, the skylight wasn't the cause of the leak, I just took advantage of the opportunity to replace it.

"After a tornado came through Lena, Illinois in April, 2026, Midwest Roofing and Concrete was one of many contractors out and about helping to patch the damaged areas to prevent further damage and it was done at no cost to us. We contacted our insurance and Midwest was then contacted for an estimate and ultimately hired. They were great to work with and have a great team that did both the patch work and the actual roof replacement and gutter replacement. All in all, everything was done in a couple months…. Due to the enormous amount of damage in our area, it did take a bit longer as they’ve been very busy! We are grateful for their help and the wonderful new roof and gutters on our home!"
