"While I was happy with their work and the final product, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up. I was stood up several times without any one contacting me to let me know they weren’t showing. Totally frustrated I wanted to speak with the owner or at least the manager to let them know. I called and specifically asked for either one. I was told he was unavailable but was assured he would call me back. Needless to say I never heard from him. After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."

"If damage occurs to inside the house during installation of siding they will not cover any repairs. A hole is in our bathroom wall now and they will not fix it."

"Great job cleaning the siding. Great communication"

"I needed to repair a leak in the roof. From the first call, they were professional. They were available to consult the next day. They showed me pictures and videos of the problem areas and let me know my options. After I chose, they were here within a few days. The work was done professionally with minimal intrusion to my life and they were punctual. After dealing with other companies, I would recommend them to anyone looking to repair their roof."

"Mik came & made suggestions. He gave an estimate on Monday. the job started on Saturday(my request). Border wall taken down & rebuilt in one day! Due to weather he did my steps Tuesday & pressure washed everything on Wednesday. They did a wonderful job, Mik was always stopping by to check on things. Can't say enough about the great job they did! Would definitely hire again!"

"Owning a business means every unexpected repair competes with something else in the budget, so replacing the roof wasn't exactly exciting. We waited until the slower season because I wanted to avoid disrupting day-to-day operations as much as possible. From the beginning, Royal Roofing and Siding Brooklyn understood that keeping the business running was just as important as replacing the roof itself. Materials arrived on schedule, work areas stayed organized, and access to the building was never an issue for customers or deliveries. I was updated regularly without having to chase anyone down for answers. The project finished within the original timeframe and there weren't any surprise delays that pushed us into another week. Since everything was completed, we've gone through several strong storms without a single sign of water intrusion. Considering how much stress this project caused before it started, it ended up being one of the smoother improvements we've made to the property."
