We chose Capizzi Home Improvement Company. We had heard they were excellent and had a great reputation for customer satisfaction. From the start there was our designer Diana then to the Caroenters, Jimmy and Dave, the Electricians Dave and Andrew, the Painters Joshua, Jesus and Freddie and the Plumbers Bill and Charlie - all contracted through Capizzi. We were taking down an old deck and adding a room to our house, along with doing a little kitchen remodeling. Dave and Andrew are excellent craftsmen. They also came up with creative solutions to some tricky design problems. Dave and Andrew always showed up on time, worked hard, then cleaned up the site at the end of the day. My step-father was a builder and I learned from him that there are right ways and wrong ways to do a job. Dave and Andrew did things the right way, and never cut corners. I highly recommend Green Island Homes. Also, I got 4 bids on this job and their price was very fair."

For example, he showed us where water was pooling and how it needed to be diverted away from the patio, which he did for no extra cost!
