He was professional, courteous, and most of all thorough and resourceful in identifying an issue that didn't present itself immediately. Luke listened attentively to all the symptoms I relayed that our basement level mascerator pump and plumbing system was exhibiting. He asked good questions to get as much information as he could before getting to work. He ran the system multiple times, as it wasn't presenting the problem. He did clear a related issue but went the extra mile and continued to investigate. It was then he detected the problem we were experiencing and fully assessed the source of the malfunction. Because of this thoroughness and diligence I believe he avoided having to come back out a second time to fix the larger problem (and we avoided having to go another week or two without the use of our bathroom!) He was clean and knowledgable in his work. He didn't have the part but his team got it out to him quickly. He got to work and fixed it timely. "Bob and Joey, from Total Mechanical Systems, had to come out to our home, 2 days in a row, to help us with a severe basement flooding situation. Water was coming up through the basement floor drains at a very rapid rate. Bob and Joey responded to our first EMERGENCY call on 3/1/18, when we found out that our saturated and clogged drainage system had failed. They took care of re-routing the drainage system to alleviate that problem. On 3/2/28, Bob and Joey came to our home, again, for our follow up EMERGENCY call. This was a Friday, and they were busy, and tired from the week, but they rushed out to our home, in the nasty rain/snow storm, that we were having, to re-route and drain the "river" that was now flowing beneath our home. They had to jackhammer through our basement concrete, while re-routing water from their dig site, in order to get a pit for a super sump pump installed. They handled the project professionally, and with ease, always positive and cheerful, during the whole project. Needless to say, the whole project turned out perfectly, and our furnace and entire basement were saved from the flooding conditions.
