This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"I try to leave reviews on every business that I’ve been in contact with. I can say that this company, “Joe the Plumber” in CT (a Perras Family Co.) is simply awesome. I had used them years ago on my first house here in Glastonbury. They were great then. Maybe 10 years later (this morning) we woke up with no water on our ‘new’ home (24 years old), also in Glastonbury. I called the first number I had on my iPhone at 7am (spoke to a very professional person named Willy) and within 3 hours Wayne Perras (the service tech) & Co were here addressing the problem. After 24 years, the well pump gave out. It was in a 400 feet-deep well. They completed the job in 5 hours. I didn’t have to wait until Monday, which was one of my concerns.
