We called within a few days after meeting with him and scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Some of the work involved cutting our driveway to install the underground wire. Since we were getting our driveway sealed and did not have our new dog yet, they agreed to do the job in two parts - install the underground wire and then the accompanying components - for the same estimated cost. They could not set up the components properly until we got our dog. On the scheduled day, two of their men (and one dog) arrived as scheduled. They were friendly, professional, and did excellent work. They asked our permission to let their dog out of their vehicle before doing so. After completing the job, our property was left as clean as they found it. I would also like to mention the professionalism of the office staff. Whenever we called, we spoke with a very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. I used this company after consulting with a couple of my neighbors who also used them, and they upheld their excellent reputation. A very good overall experience."
