"We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."

"I do not recommend BHI Construction. The owner sent his crew, but midway through the job we noticed serious quality and construction issues. We contacted the owner, who came out with two others, agreed the work was sub-standard, and said the problems would be fixed. After they left, several issues were still unresolved. Since then, he has not responded to calls or texts. We have photos and documentation of the problems. "

"Cover All Exteriors was fantastic to work with for my roof replacement. My favorite part was the communication between myself and Jessica, who was readily available by phone and text, which made it extremely easy to coordinate things and get my questions answered. She also worked with me on the financing aspect, which I appreciated. The crew did a great job and cleaned up well. The project manager, Danny, was also very helpful - he informed me that my chimney needed work and got me immediately hooked up with a mason they often work with. He also helped out when a fuse got blown in the house while they were doing work. Overall a great experience, and they have some of the most competitive pricing as well. Highly recommend!"

"BUYERS BEWARE! We were excited to sign the contract and really felt that this was the correct choice for a rental we own after reviewing feedback on Google, HOWEVER, we were so WRONG. Salesman assured us that was no difference between paying cash, credit card, money order, etc. To our surprise, credit cards ARE charged an additional 3 percent surcharge. This would have been nice to know after spending over 37,000.00 for a roof. Their response was, well we have no control over what the salesman tells you and there is absolutely nothing they can do about the surcharge. So as the roof was being installed we were told by the supervisor on duty that all the debris would be cleaned up upon completion but that did not happen. In fact our tenants sent us pictures of handfuls of nails, staples and debris that was scattered all over the gravel parking lot that surrounds the front and side of house. Called Bachman's the following day and they sent out a project manager to view the debris, but WE were REQUIRED to be there when he arrived. The project supervisor cleaned up some of the nails, but not all since he only had a tiny magnet and this is a huge parking area. He said the crew that installed the roof is from Trenton, NJ and he would need to send them out in the next few days to clean things up. He said that they use "hundreds of nails when installing a roof and if a hundred drop to the parking area, well that's pretty good", WOW! We were also told by the project supervisor that he was INSTRUCTED NOT TO LEAVE until he had a check in hand for full payment, even though the property is surrounded by debris, nails and staples. We did not have our checkbook on us at the time so he followed us home and waited outside our house until the check was handed to him. After giving him the "post dated" check, we told him to wait three days for the money to transfer to the checking account otherwise our account would be overdrawn WHICH HE AGREED TO. Needless to say, he cashed the check the VERY SAME DAY that it was handed to him, OUCH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, now we are facing over withdrawal banking fees. The only thing this company cares about is the money (and they need it IMMEDIATELY) even though you are not happy that your property is surrounded by staples, nails and roofing debris. The picture below was collected from only a 3' X 3' area. We are current owners of a family-run business for years and have NEVER and will NEVER treat a customer in this manner. Please take our advise and STAY AWAY. Bachman's is way over-priced and we should have chosen one of the 5 other roofing competitors who were at least 13,000.00 less than Bachman's. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY."
