"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

He was responsive to all our questions and efficient in getting the roof replaced as well as replacing the rakes on the side of the home. "We used lifetime roofers when replacing our entire roof. When contacting Kyle he responded immediately and with my hectic schedule came over to do an estimate at a convenient time for me. With weather delays the roofers were able to finish the job very quickly. Kyle was very reasonable with the cost of labor and he let me use materials that I bought. I am very meticulous and Kyle followed through with any issue or concern that was raised throughout the process.
