"This is a pre-emptive review. I will be hiring them to do work in the house, but I have to say, they offered help above and beyond. I met with Freddy, and from the beginning, I was proactively advised to do work that made sense, instead of work that they could charge more for. I've met with 4 other stone restoration vendors, and they are the only ones who have done this. I also really took time to examine the stone carefully, and very much knew what he was doing. This is in itself would be enough, however, he went above and beyond in helping me with my master bathroom. In short, the work in there needs to be re-done. It was botched by another company. I'm a new home owner, and the advise and support that he gave me after looking at that job is over and beyond anything he needed to do. <br /> Integrity and ethics are words that get tossed around in the contracting/home improvement arena. And if you've gone through any amount of home improvement projects, you realize that these qualities are harder to come by than they should be. <br /> I'm rating them prior to starting the job here because I'd like to get their name out there for other home owners. I'm on a sixth month stretch of working with and searching for contractors to renovate our home. I've used several vendors through angie's list , and have good experiences with the ones I've used. However, the search for a marble restoration company didn't give many hits, and I eventually had to go outside the site to expand my search. I got burned quite badly by doing this "random" search, and I was quite lucky to have found New England Stone Technology subsequently, and it was not through angie's list. <br /> I'd like other users to have this feedback so that they don't have to go through the same thing I did. I will be providing a follow-up review once the work is done, although I'm sure it will just need to be a one word adjective after this review. <br /> <br />"

"The workers did a great job.  When we moved in to the house there was a old mildewy carpet that made my allergies go crazy. They were able to remove it without triggering my sensitive allergies.   The job took about 1 1/2 days and the installers were very nice and considerate.  All in all a painless install. <br />"

Our carpenter from Kitchen Magic, George was excellent at his craft, in addition to being professional, committed, and down right nice. our quartz counter fits perfectly so the template was also executed with professionalism. And, having Amy at the project management helm was value added. Both my husband and I are very organized, but also work full time. When we needed a CO for our HOA, poof it appeared quickly and accurately. Any questions? Amy got back to us in hours, and exhibited both empathy as well as constant cheerfulness. EVERYTHING was on time. If we were to complete another kitchen tomorrow, we'd go right back to Kitchen Magic."

"They were prompt and they came out. They were pretty quick in their turn around. They tried to accommodate whatever my needs were, in terms of the pieces I wanted or how I wanted to arrange the cuts in the stone. The kitchen was uneven and some of the cabinets were uneven and they were able to even out the best what they possibly could. They explained very well where it might be slightly off because of the kitchen cabinets that were off. Something wasn’t quite right and they came back a second time to make sure everything was fixed right. I would use their services again in the future."
