Highly competent from the framing down to the last details of trim work, it was all very well executed. There were a number of utilities in the space requiring access post remodel. The design was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing to the point they look like design features! The rest blends seamlessly into the space. The sliding glass door that replaced the garage door looks like it was there from the beginning, and the exterior trim blends perfectly with the house, with the added benefit of being waterproof. The communication was great all the way through the project, from start to finish. I would absolutely use them for any future remodel!"

He was prompt and professional. Our first conversation was Sunday evening and he and four other employees were ripping out my bathroom completely on Wednesday morning. They showed up at 8:00 sharp every morning and worked till 4:00 each day. We had some extra issues in the 65-year-old house that Usin handled professionally with complete communication. They cleaned up thoroughly after each day and there was not one time within this entire project that I felt insecure. That’s a huge bonus! I am thrilled with the way the bathroom came out. A leaking vent pipe and wiring concerns led to problems above the bathroom in the attic. I was completely aware that my roof was shot so we agreed it should be done now. "Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."
