The hardest part was getting approval from my HOA; and surprisingly that process only took 2 days because of the professionalism that he possesses (which is unheard of). We agreed on the project; found out the property line was not where we thought it was, so I had 2 change orders before the turf install even began. All was handled smoothly and efficiently. When the project started and the workers rolled in with all of their equipment it was impressive. The 4 main workers lead by Luis (team lead) and Jose (project manager) were so hard working they promptly started at 8 am and put in 2 full days of hard working labor.
