My window suddenly started leaking; I called the company that installed it and they were going to come in 3 months just “to look at it”. Called SMG & within an hour came to look at it & was dealt with now not after more damage is done. They also put in a new roof as I found another leak...no waiting, no fuss. And all done in one day. The best? I really had no clean up whatsoever. Supervisor Charlie came next day to make sure I was happy and that they did clean up."
