"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! "Flawless. Showed when they said they would. Measured everything. Factory then made everything to their measurements. Install went as expected - good. Cleaned up good, too.
That said, we had 25 or so windows, including sliding doors and picture windows, custom-made. Manufacturer(Alside) guaranteed them for life, against anything.
Since '08, we've had 4 fail, one cracked, three seals failed, one a good sized picture window.
Carefree has worked seamlessly with the supplier(Alside) to replace each one, even sending out an installer when required.
So, we're pretty darned satisfied.
