They are about an hour away and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my schedule. They explained the exact problem and the exact remedy. They took pictures of the job to explain everything they were going to do and everything they actually did. Their workers were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They showed up on time.They finished the job when they said they were. I can definitely see why they are super service award winners. Highly recommend."

"The work was good and the crew did a great job. It was touch and go there for a while though because scheduling was pretty difficult and I didn't really get along with the owner. They came out when they wanted to basically but that seems to be the case with many contractors. I haven't had to replace a board even once since the installation in 14 years ago though. The wood they used and the construction was fantastic. Their workmanship was terrific - Their attitudes could've been better though. <br /> <br /> I would consider using them again, but would look around first and if I did use them I would get something in writing clarifying how the job would be completed."

"I can't say enough good things about this company. Michael quoted me an estimate, we set date for work, he was there on time, had the job done that day and he never quit until the job was finished. He has all the proper tools needed and he knows how to use them. My home needed electric improvements. He removed the old light in the kitchen and installed a new led light and installed a completely new ceiling light in my pantry. He then put in a new electrical outlet and switch for that room. Also changed old outlet in laundry room and put in proper new outlet/switch. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to help me out. He even replaced my recessed light bulbs that had quit working. Would definitely recommend this company. If you call them, they call you back, you set your appointment date, they are there right on time and when the job is finished, they clean up after themselves. I know I will be using them again in the near future."
