They are professionals, they have a very good product, and they show you what works and what doesn't work when they give you the presentation. They were right: last winter I could feel the heat going out of my other sliding glass door but the door they put in was warm on the inside and cold on the outside. They won't do just one window, they want a day's work. They are top of the line, they clean their mess up, and they don't have to come back to adjust anything.
