"Had a unique situation with and attached sun room that latter had a partial wall shared with a 1000 sg ft addition done around 1999. It was initially highly speculative as to where the leak was arising. To make a long story short it turned out there were three separate (two of them unusual) sources of leak. It took several visits to fix them all. I paid only for the first fix. The rest were covered under the warranty, promptly after I reported water was still entering the sun room. Very professional, excellent service, highly recommend."

"I hired this company to fix existing water damage along with roofing stucco repair and bathroom remodeling at my Hollywood Hills home. the owner wasn?t attentive to my requests and didn?t add the elements I wanted to the roof. The stucco repair and bathroom remodeling were shoddy and uneven far below the standards I expected and paid for. Dust from the work spread throughout the house every day with my breathing issues this created a particularly difficult and unhealthy environment. The crew left food leftovers on the driveway almost daily piled trash at the front for days ! The job was overly priced and the owner wasn?t really present ever and after the job was done workers knock on my door asking for unpaid salary he never paid them ! I later found out most of his photos and reviews were fake all over and that he is actually holding payments to his workers thank god this job is over and I would never use them again nor recommend them to no one after all the drama and damage I faced"

"I was tasked with some repairs on my parents house that had been unoccupied for 16 years. The roof had a leak (with severe drywall damage inside), the gutters had come down in places and there was a termite problem. I met with numerous contractors and exterminators and finally (after advising parents) chose Nikki with Dr Roof for the replacement of the under-layment and broken tile for the Tile roof (house in Stevenson Ranch CA). Nikki is so professional and sent pictures and kept me informed every step of the demolition and replacement process. Since I was at the residence, I didn't even really need that because I watched over much of the work, but still she went "above the call". Then as other projects were needed, she had contacts for extermination, facia replacement and painting, eve trough replacement and interior house work. I went ahead and contacted other contractors and vendors for those services, but in every case Nikki's contacts were better (or at least similarly) priced. And I am glad I went with her suggested repair people - they too were all very professional (and in no way associated with her, she just recommends them as she's been in the business 27 years and knows reputable, quality contractors). And in every case the other people I had on various projects sang Nikki's praises. She also coordinated the timing for all these contractors to do their work (obviously some things like facia have to be replaced and painted before Eve troughs installed, etc.) Dr Roof overall did a great job. They kept the place neat and I thought their underlayment was the best quality of any of the contractors I met with ( and I got other quotes from companies / individuals). There is still more work to do on the yard and in this house (projects for next year after bank account recovers from these projects - ha! ha!) Nikki will be my first call when looking for additional work on this house for my parents."
