"This was my first time using Clearway and Jim came over same day. First, he called me back immediately and was over my home within the hour. He looked at my problems and told me what the price would be. He didn't charge me to just walk in the door as so many do. I found him to be reasonable, reliable, clean, neat, efficient and quick. Jim was personable, quiet and did his work. This is a family run business and Jim is the owner. I also showed him a couple of other things that would need to be done in the near future and he gave me a written estimate and told me to call him when I was ready. Half the battle these days is getting someone to not only call you back but actually come over SAME DAY (within the hour no less!) and be reasonable and not take advantage or try to high-pressure you like a used car salesman.
